The colour is ruby red. Fresh vinous nose with scents of red berries, mostly raspberry and blueberry, but also rose and sweet almond. The entrance into the mouth is sweet, delicate and juicy, featuring red fruit again. Slenderly structured in the middle of the palate, it is supported by an acid vein which makes it lively and tempting. Agile finish.
serving temp.: 15 – 16 degrees.
pairing: vegetable and fish soups; light rice and pasts dishes; white meats and baked fish.
