The colour is bright ruby red. A bouquet of red and black fruit, almost too mature and excessively extracted, with balsamic hints in addition to woody notes.
The entrance into the mouth is decisive, structured, juicy and nicely acidic, with a potent extractive base and rich fruity sweetness. The finish is determined and exuberant, with lightly marked oak and tannins.

Winemaking: 14 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature lower than 29°C, with maceration on the skins for 20 days.
Ageing: French wood for 18 months.
Alcohol by volume: 14%

Service temperature: 18/20 °C
Food pairing: noble game, braised meats, steaks, mature cheeses.
