Deep ruby red colour, thick, almost impenetrable. The scented, intense and open volume features notes of blackcurrant accompanied by hints of well-dosed oak, as well as balsamic and tobacco notes – solid and almost austere.
The entrance into the mouth is full, juicy and loaded with character and extraction, with an acid structure that supports and harmonises it, integrating perfectly with fruit and tannins. It proceeds rich and delicious with peppered and spicy notes. Long and pleasant even in the after-taste.

Winemaking: 10 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature lower than 29°C, with maceration on the skins for 20 days.
Ageing: French wood for 18 months.
Alcohol by volume: 14%

Service temperature: 18/20 °C
Food pairing: great roast meats, furry game, mature cheeses.
