Clear golden yellow colour with greenish hues. Broad and complex aroma of exuberant ripe fruit, with evident citrus and tropic fruit; suffused notes of wood convey character and elegance.
The entrance into the mouth is clean, warm and pervasive. Excellent presence in the centre of the palate, with more pleasant, tangy fruit and toasted notes that are only just perceptible - it develops extensively and deliciously.
serving temp.: 14 – 15 degrees.
pairing: shellfish; grilled fish; buffalo mozzarella and white meats.
